Will a missed email release my messages?
No. A genuine service must use repeated reminders, a grace period and a trusted-person confirmation. One missed check-in should never be enough.
Can my Message Guardian watch my recording?
Not unless you specifically give them permission. Their role is to confirm the recipient and delivery moment, not to inspect private content.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. A message should remain editable, replaceable and deletable while your account is active. You should also receive a regular reminder to review it.
What happens if someone changes their email address?
Your Message Guardian can help update contact details. The full service should verify the recipient again before anything private is released.
Is this an estate-planning or will service?
No. For When I Can’t is for personal messages. Wills, passwords, money and legal instructions need specialist services and should remain separate.
Are my drafts being uploaded now?
No. This website is currently a planning prototype. Draft details are stored only in your browser so the concept can be tested honestly before secure accounts and encrypted storage are built.
